Gua Sha, in a few words:
- This is a great tool to release tension and promote relaxation. The Gua-Shroom releases trigger points and increases circulation. You can use it to gently massage your face, jaw, neck, upper back, or any other area where stress builds up and a little TLC is needed.
- In Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridians are pathways through which Qi (vital energy) flows and can become blocked or imbalanced, causing discomfort. Applying pressure to points along our meridians (also known as acupressure) is one of the most effective ways to restore balance to the body.
