Red Mandarin Essential Oil

Precautions for use:

• Food supplement. Keep out of reach of young children. Does not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose (1-2 drops 3 times a day, maximum 5 drops. The maximum daily dose is 190 mg).
• Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under 6 years old.

Used in diffusion, it purifies the air and soothes tensions. It calms nervousness and irritability by anchoring in the present moment.
