Natracare tampons are made from a roll of long-fibre organic cotton, designed to expand and gently absorb menstrual flow. The cotton is soft, absorbent and does not dry out the protective lining of the vagina.
Natracare tampons with applicator come in 2 variants:
- Regular protection is suitable for light flows
- Super protection is ideal for moderate flows.
Natracare tampons are completely chlorine free and contain no rayon, plastic or dyes. They are fully biodegradable and compostable , including the smooth, easy-insertion cardboard applicator.

It is important to change your tampon regularly, every 4 to 6 hours, and to alternate between tampons and sanitary towels. It is recommended to avoid wearing a tampon at night, as it is likely that it will stay in place too long.
