- 1 tablespoon per day or one stick, or 6.1 g of powder, to be diluted in a glass of water or any other drink (250 ml)
- Preferably in the morning before 1 p.m., to avoid any difficulty falling asleep.
- For optimal effects, it is recommended to follow this treatment for at least 3 months in a row.
- This treatment can be taken continuously, throughout the year.
