• How many cups can I make per day?
  Cosmic Dealer recommends starting with one cup per day. The dose of mushrooms in each serving was specifically designed to be effective in one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed.
• Can I drink it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
  The brand recommends going with the Chai version. No to the Lavender version (there isn't much research on pregnancy and Reishi mushroom). When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider.
