First Aid Balm

This universal balm from Cîme is a small pocket pharmacy ! It can be used in particular for:

• soothe irritated skin,
• relieve tired muscles and stiff joints,
• warm up the muscles,
• soothe chapped skin, scars, insect bites and bruises,
• relieve tired feet.

It can be applied as often as necessary: ​​a small amount on cleansed skin is enough. It is suitable for all skin types , including sensitive skin.

Key ingredients :

• Palmarosa oil: soothing and regenerating (insect bites, bruises, etc.);
• Chamomile essential oil: calming, soothing and regenerating (irritated skin, chapped skin, scars, etc.);
• Arvensis mint essential oil: decongestant and stimulant. It prepares the muscles for exercise and facilitates breathing;
• Juniper essential oil: anti-inflammatory, it helps fight fatigue;
• Wintergreen: treats muscle fatigue and painful joints;
• Ginger essential oil: invigorating in cases of fatigue, and is also used for its analgesic and expectorant properties;
• Rhododendron anthopogon: natural antispasmodic and decongestant for the respiratory tract.
