- Lucuma : Lucuma is a South American fruit known as the “Gold of the Incas.” Revered as a superplant since pre-colonial times due to its high antioxidant content, it has also been shown to be effective in stabilizing blood sugar levels and aiding in digestion and gut health due to its abundance of soluble and insoluble fiber.

Cosmic Dealer recommends starting with one cup per day. The dose of mushrooms in each serving was specifically designed to be effective in one cup, but can be increased to several cups per day. Listen to your body and adjust as needed. -
Can I drink it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The brand recommends going with the Chai version. No to the Lavender version (there isn't much research on pregnancy and Reishi mushroom). When in doubt, consult your healthcare provider. - Is it gluten free?
