A small roll-on with bitter orange blossom, otherwise known as neroli bigarade, confirmed anti-stress, ultra practical to take everywhere with you. Diluted to be used directly on the skin.
Pass the roll-on applicator over the insides of the wrists, rub the wrists together, bring them to the height of the nostrils and breathe deeply and several times. You can then apply it to other entry points: hollow of the elbows, solar plexus, neck and nape, soles of the feet.
