Rice Bran Vegetable Oil

For your eye contour care bags and dark circles, be careful not to use this pure rice bran oil. It will have to be diluted at a rate of 30% maximum in a balm ( shea for example) or a fine and neutral oil (argan, apricot kernel , jojoba, etc.). Pure, it is a little too active and will not be well tolerated by the eyes (tingling sensation).
